rating scale: 5 stars = Horrible MLS photo, 4 stars = Really bad photo, 3 stars = Bad, but I've seen worse, 2 stars = Not that bad, 1 star = It's actually pretty good
Clothes not included with sale of house, although lamp-turned-curtain-hook IS included ($10 upgrade).
