rating scale: 5 stars = Horrible MLS photo, 4 stars = Really bad photo, 3 stars = Bad, but I've seen worse, 2 stars = Not that bad, 1 star = It's actually pretty good


I'm not feeling very clever today, so instead, let me just explain that if you're an agent, and you're taking the pictures for your client to use on the MLS, feel free to move stuff before you take the shot. We don't need to see an empty cup, laundry piled on a chair, or all the crap on the dresser. Plus, how hard is it to get the picture level?
