I'm not feeling very clever today, so instead, let me just explain that if you're an agent, and you're taking the pictures for your client to use on the MLS, feel free to move stuff before you take the shot. We don't need to see an empty cup, laundry piled on a chair, or all the crap on the dresser. Plus, how hard is it to get the picture level?

This one takes a minute to register - there's a lot going on. The picture does a good job of showing that the master bedroom is clearly large enough to run a full gym AND a tanning salon (see the white thing on the bottom right of the picture).

I'm not sure what that stuff is all over the wall on the left (guessing it's glue), and I'm sure it can be fixed easily, but why even include this picture?
