The few times I've seen this picture, I think, "Why is the lockbox on the inside of the house?" Well, obviously, it's not. The agent decided it would make a better picture to leave the door open, and include it in the shot.

How to Sell Your House Quickly, Tip #4 - Hide everything in a corner between the couches....no one will notice. I'd make a comment about what's going on outside the window, but I can't figure it out. Is it a tiny porch? Is it an elevated picnic table? If you know, let me know in the comments.

Easily the nicest of our series. Too bad it shows nothing about the house, except that flowers would look nice in it - but not the ones in the picture....they're going with the seller.

There's so much to see here. It's like a "Where's Waldo" of what exactly is for sale. Here are a few things for you to try and find: Full ashtray, strangely elegant green chair, stack of magazines, bed sheets turned curtains, and my personal favorite - the listing presentation with the "Sold" picture on it. Sold? Not yet.
