Many buyers today are less concerned with square footage, and more concerned with a house having 70s beads or not. These beads are a huge selling point, and the Realtor did a good job showcasing them.

Not much you can say about this picture. It's ugly. Looks like a mirror to me, and the feet are a perfect touch!
