rating scale: 5 stars = Horrible MLS photo, 4 stars = Really bad photo, 3 stars = Bad, but I've seen worse, 2 stars = Not that bad, 1 star = It's actually pretty good


I'm surprised this is the first laundry room to make it to the trash can. It is a laundry room, right? Whatever it is, it certainly has a wall - and a door for really extremelly skinny people.
